Promouvoir les droits des femmes au Maghreb : Nouveau Livret de Discussion sur le contrat de mariage

Le bureau régional Maghreb de Global Rights, en collaboration avec une quinzaine d’ONG et d’avocats partenaires au Maroc, en Algérie et en Tunisie, annonce la publication d’un Livret de Discussion sur l’utilisation stratégique du contrat de mariage pour la promotion des droits des femmes.

Destiné en premier lieu à être un outil pratique pour le travail de terrain des animatrices et des ONGs locales, le Livret de Discussion contient des informations sur les clauses que l’on peut stipuler dans un contrat de mariage, de bonnes raisons pour rédiger un contrat détaillé, des explications simplifiées des lois et des procédures sur la conclusion du contrat de mariage, un Contrat de mariage modèle, et trois séances d’éducation de droits humains à utiliser dans des programmes de sensibilisation auprès des femmes.

Ces Livrets de discussion accompagnent le rapport Conditions bien pensées, conflits évités décrivant les résultats de l’action-recherche qui cible la possibilité de stipuler des clauses protectrices des droits dans le contrat de mariage et publié par Global Rights et ses partenaires en octobre dernier.

Publiés en arabe et français, des Livrets de discussion sont disponibles pour le Maroc, l’Algérie et la Tunisie, et se trouvent en format PDF au http://globalrightsmaghreb.wordpress.com/

Promoting Women’s Rights in the Maghreb: New Discussion Booklet on the Marriage Contract

The Global Rights Maghreb field office, in collaboration with fifteen local NGOs and lawyer partners in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, announces the publication of a Discussion Booklet on strategic use of the marriage contract to promote women’s rights.

Designed as a practical tool for grassroots mobilisation by local NGOs and facilitators, the Discussion Booklet contains information on clauses that can by stipulated into the marriage contract, reasons for drafting a detailed contract, simplified explanations of national laws and marriage procedures, a Model Marriage Contract, and three human rights education program sessions to use in awareness-raising among women.

The Discussion Booklet accompanies the report Conditions Not Conflict describing the results of action-research on including rights-protective clauses in the marriage contract published by Global Rights and its partners last October.

تعزيز الحقوق الإنسانية للنساء بالدول المغاربية: كتيب المناقشة حول عقد الزواج

المكتب المغاربي ل Global Rights و بتنسيق مع 15 جمعية ومحامون شركاء من المغرب الجزائر و تونس،  يعلن عن إصدار كتيب المناقشة حول الاستعمال الإستراتيجي لعقود الزواج من أجل النهوض بحقوق النساء..

الكتيب موجه بالأساس ليتم اعتماده كآلية عملية في الاشتغال الميداني للمنشطات و للجمعيات المحلية. كتيب المناقشة يتضمن معلومات حول الشروط الممكن إدراجها في عقد الزواج، الأسباب الوجيهة لتحرير عقد زواج مفصل، تفسيرات مبسطة حول القوانين و الإجراءات المتعلقة بتحرير عقد الزواج، نموذج عقد زواج مفصل، بالإضافة إلى 3 حصص للتربية على الحقوق الإنسانية للنساء التي من الممكن استعمالها في  برامج تحسيسية للنساء حول الموضوع.

ترفق كتيبات المناقشة هذه بالتقرير المفصل “نكتب في الصفاء لقرأ في الخصام ” المتضمن لتفاصيل نتائج البحث حول إمكانية إدراج شروط حمائية للحقوق في عقد زواج الصادر عن Global Rights و شركائه في أكتوبر 2008.
